When e-Commerce businesses begin to grow, the question of stock and fulfilment is often the biggest roadblock to expansion. But not for Toppbox, a subscription box service for personal grooming products.

Upon Toppbox’s growth in sales, we were brought in to support with warehousing, fulfilment and delivery, allowing the business to focus on its expansion.

We were able to streamline Toppbox’s fulfilment process, with a real-time booking system, quality checking, both scheduled and ad-hoc deliveries, and a personal account manager for a convenient single point of contact.

Toppbox now uses Ebi Fulfil’s services to create, assemble and deliver 15,000 subscription boxes every two months – along with ad-hoc e-Commerce sales on a weekly basis.

We think of Ebi as part of our team. Outsourcing our fulfilment has meant that we can focus on growing our business, with a peace of mind that our customers will receive a first class service when it comes to their deliveries. Needless to say, Ebi is an invaluable extension of our business and have been exceptional in the service they provide.


Toppbox stock is now delivered directly to us, at which point it is stored in our temperature-controlled 3,000 pallet warehouse, monitored by our CCTV for maximum security. Orders also come directly to us, allowing us to respond quickly and efficiently. And thanks to our complete data protection guidelines, accredited to an ISO 27001 standard, all customer information is kept completely secure too.

We’ve adapted to Toppbox’s requirements, with KPIs for stock holding, warehouse dispatching, delivery times and more. Mail trials, drop tests and packaging prototypes ensure that every box arrives at its new home looking as good as it did when it left our warehouse.
