DDM is taking its 24x return on investment global
Last year we launched Digital Direct Mail (or DDM for short), our pioneering answer to direct mail. With a 24x return on investment in its first outing, along with a record-breaking 48% response rate, DDM was an instant hit.
After picking up awards from the Direct Marketing Association, along with being shortlisted for two global IoT awards, DDM is now headed for a worldwide release.
To consumers, DDM seems like magic. Simply push the button embedded in the direct mail pack that just landed on your doormat, and just like that, you’ve responded – whether it’s to register your interest in the latest new product or to ask for more information. And it’s environmentally friendly, with returnable packs that can be reused or recycled.
DDM goes global
DDM uses the Internet of Things, which means that it doesn’t require Wi-Fi, bluetooth, or any app downloads to deliver an instantaneous response from consumer to client. It’s a simple, easy process – and the best part is that thanks to the global IoT network, DDM benefits from a fully operational worldwide network.
With successful campaigns in the UK and Ireland, DDM is now gearing up for international campaigns in multiple countries worldwide.
The IoT network responsible for DDM’s fast, full-coverage response is a global one, with coverage in over 70 countries (and growing) – but not content to stop with global domination, DDM has a little something extra planned.
“Alongside introducing DDM to the world stage, we’re also constantly working on new evolutions of DDM,” says Luke Thomas, our Business Development Director. “There are some very exciting developments planned for DDM this year and beyond, and we can’t wait to share them.”
