67% of Marketers Say Direct Mail Delivers the Best ROI
The future is bright for direct mail.
The 2022 State of Direct Mail survey, which polled 150+ marketing leaders, has shed light on the effectiveness of direct mail in 2022.
Two-thirds of marketers agree that direct mail shows the best return on investment (ROI) of all current marketing channels, with both existing and new customers responding positively.
Personalised direct mail is particularly effective: eight in 10 businesses across all industries said they send some form of personalised direct mail.
Direct mail utilising automation also saw high ROIs and profitability, with data suggesting that businesses using technology to automate direct mail campaigns saw better returns than those that didn’t.
