Ebi Engage Wins Best Use of Tech in CRM Award
We are delighted to announce that Ebi Engage, our digital direct mail brainchild, has won another award: Best Use of Tech in CRM 2022 in the prestigious Campaign Tech awards.
Our campaign for Land Rover Defender, “Life at 44 Degrees”, with Spark44 and Edit was recognised by Campaign Tech for its pioneering use of CRM technology to track and
instantly respond to customer feedback.
Ebi Engage uses the Internet of Things to instantly send and receive radio signals from anywhere in the UK, allowing customers to instantly register interest and feedback upon
receiving our direct mail campaigns.
